Kareena flies down to Lucknow!

Kareena Kapoor will be spending quality time with hubby Saif Ali Khan in Lucknow, before she gets back to her busy schedule. The actor flew down to the Uttar Pradesh capital on Thursday, (November 22) and will stay there for three days with Saif, who is currently shooting for filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia's action film Bullet Raja.

"I am going to Lucknow for three days. I haven't seen him (Saif) in a while, other than the two days he came home for Diwali," says Kareena.

As soon as the duo's grand three-day marriage celebrations came to an end, they chose to get back to work immediately.

While Saif was in a hurry to start shooting for Bullet Raja, Kareena was busy shooting her item number Fevicol in the Salman Khan-Sonakshi Sinha starrer Dabangg2,

"The song took a lot of time, and delayed my next trip," says the actor. Kareena then left for Chandigarh.

"I was there to shoot a soft-drink commercial. Then, I also did an event for the brand in Delhi," she says.

So what's on her agenda after this short break? "Full-fledged promotions for Talaash will start soon. I will also be going to Dubai for brand endorsement. So I will be travelling for some time now," she says.

Akshay Kumar in ‘Thuppaki’ Remake!

If things go as planned then our Khiladi Kumar will be seen in yet another South remake. Akshay Kumar made a zabardast impression with Prabhu Deva's 'Rowdy Rathore' which was the remake of Telugu film 'Vikramarkudu' (which was also remade in Tamil as 'Siruthai' and Kannada as 'Madakari').

Now buzz is that the Action King will team up with the superhit 'Ghajini' helmer AR Murugadoss for the Hindi version of his latest Tamil release 'Thuppaki'.

Released this Diwali 'Thuppaki' stars Vijay and Kajal Agarwal (Singham fame) in lead and the film has already on the way to become a huge hit. A complete action entertainer, the story of 'Thuppaki' is about an Army captain and the film is set against the backdrop of Mumbai.

Incidentally it is said that Murugadoss in fact wanted to make this film in Hindi first, since it had Mumbai flavour. However apparently things didn't turn out as expected and the director went on to make the Tamil film and now he is back to Hindi version plans.

Talks are that either Kajal who did 'Thuppaki' might take up the leading lady's role in the Hindi remake or Katrina Kaif whose name is also making the gossip rounds.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan crosses 100 crore in 5 days!

After Salman Khan's Ek Tha Tiger, Shahrukh Khan-Katrina Kaif starrer movie Jab Tak Hai Jaan which released on November 13, has done superb collections at the Box Office. As per the reports by Trade Analyst, Jab Tak Hai Jaan has crossed the 100 Cr mark worldwide at the Box Office in just 5 days.

The film is doing decent at the Indian Box Office, while is working superb at the overseas BO. "Those asking, yes, #JTHJ *India + Overseas biz* crossed Rs 100 cr mark on Saturday," Taran Adarsh wrote on Twitter. The late filmmaker Yash Chopra's last directorial venture has crossed Rs 75 crore mark at the collection centres across the country in five days. It has become the highest ever collection for any film released on Diwali.

However, Salman Khan's Ek Tha Tiger, the highest grosser of the year 2012, had collected Rs 103 crores nett at the desi Box Office in the five day extended weekend.

Sherlyn Chopra’s Kamasutra 3D first look poster!

Director Rupesh Paul's Kamasutra 3D has unveiled its first look poster with the leading lady Sherlyn Chopra.

Sherlyn Chopra, who is now tagged as the first Indian female to have been featured on the cover page of Playboy will be posing in seductive sexual positions for this film that too in 3D!

Reports suggest that there are two other important characters besides Sherlyn which would be played by popular Bollywood actors.

The film in 3D is based on the original concept of the ancient Indian Sex manual written by Vatsyayana. The film was announced at the Cannes Film Festival 2012 by Paul, who has also directed Saint Dracula 3D. Earlier Mira Nair had made a movie Kamasutra A Tale of Love with two American born actresses Indira Verma and Sarita Choudhury in the leads.

Earlier, Sherlyn had uploaded a youtube video of Kamasutra 3D teaser, which sees her in a golden bikini gyrating sensually to the music.

The initial trailers of the movie shot by Sapan Narula will reportedly be screened at the American Film Market in Los Angeles on November 4th.

Salman Khan’s Dabangg 2 poster first look!

Dabangg star Salman Khan revealed the first look poster of Dabangg 2 on Facebook, on Wednesday, November 7, 2012. Well, the wait is soon going to come to an end as the film’s teaser and trailer will be released along with Ajay Devgn starrer Son Of Sardar, on November 13.

Talking about the poster, well, the caption screams out loud, “Here Comes Chulbul Pandey”. It also sees Salman Khan in khakis, holding his shattered aviator sunglasses, behind. If you’ve noticed, the glasses are not heart shaped, this time. The female lead, Sonakshi Sinha is not featured on the poster.

Now, here is a piece of good news for all the Salman fans. If you can’t wait till Nov 13, to have a glimpse of Dabangg 2, then don’t miss the Salman Khan-hosted telly show Bigg Boss 6, this Friday, as the star is all set to release the film’s teaser on November 9, Friday, on the show.

Dabangg 2 will hit theaters on December 21. The film is expected to open big, with very very high expectations, as the film’s first installment, Dabangg was a blockbuster. Kareena Kapoor has an item number in the film, which is titled, Fevicol. The filming of the item track is over.

Dabangg 2 is the debut directorial of Arbaaz Khan who is also the producer of the film.
