Priyanka Chopra turns a comic strip heroine

Actress Priyanka Chopra is now set to be the heroine of a comic strip. It’s not exactly a demotion from the big screen to comics, but just a foray by the lovely Bollywood lady into a new stream.British entrepreneur Richard Branson approached Priyanka for a comic character, for which the actress has given her nod. It’s been more than a year since Priyanka and Branson are working together for this new comic series.There are two projects - the first one is a superhero story with the main character that looks like Priyanka and borrows from her life, while other is a fictional story.After an eventful 2008, Priyanka is going places. She is selected for the Nielson Box Office Award at 3rd Annual Asian Film Awards to be held on March 23. She has been chosen for her exceptional contribution to Asian Films.
